Production

Its area covers all sections necessary for the modern production. Namely, metalwork section with six-meter powder painting chamber, three mill engraving complexes, hydraulic presses with CNC, laser-beam welding section, full-color UV-printing, warehouse complex with automated accounting system and other sections. 

Huge stock of equipment with CNC manufactured in Europe provides maximum automation of the production process and, as a result, high productivity and quality of the products.

Company’s design department performs works on design of reliable and practical items based on in-house developments and in strict compliance with corporate standards and clients’ brandbook.  

Planning department provides coordination between the production areas making it possible to perform a number of simultaneous projects in due time. 

Quality control is carried out at different stages of the production process. Production staff and management of the plant regularly participate in various training programs and seminars.
