High quality can’t be achieved without modern technology and reliable equipment. Therefore, the production facilities of the company are filled with the most modern and technologically advanced equipment and machinery stock which is constantly updated. So, in February the long-awaited mill engraving complex from Czech company called Volter was supplied. The machine is equipped with a modern user-friendly interface, automatic tool changer and other options, allowing to automate the processing of sheet materials and provide high quality of part cutting.

Active operation of Xstream company continued through the New Year without a break. Due to preparation of Olympic Games and strict entry limits on the territory of Sochi city on the eve of this event, all constructions for Swissotel were required to be delivered exactly on December 30, 2013, and all works on object registration were supposed to be done during the New Year holidays period. Thanks to well-coordinated work of Company's staff the installation of more than 200 various guiding elements was completed by the first working day of the new year – January 09, 2014.

The Company celebrated its 20th anniversary in the usual active and sporty style. The staff went to the Canary Islands to celebrate the anniversary and strengthen the corporate spirit.

On the second day of trip there were real sailing racers: tacking against the wind, changeover of canvas and other twists and turns of yachting were successfully applied by both teams. Experts in yachting, emotional Spaniards who were the captains of yachts, arranged two-hour instructing for both teams and practical sailing in mid-ocean. After that the control over the yachts was given to the teams. As a result of tense four-hour competition the team named 'Yo-ho-ho and the bottle of rum!' became the winner, after that followed festive dinner and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. That cheerful energy and positive emotions will definitely last untill the next coming year!

As previously reported, Xstream company had to re-design 240 divisions of TRANSCREDITBANK in VTB24 all over Russia untill November 1, 2013.

Tight schedule, long distance to some objects (up to 1000 km to the nearest cities) and severe weather conditions in some Russian regions made this task complicated and interesting at the same time.

Shipment schedule and logistics were thoroughly considered, the constructions objects were shipped from the production facilities by dozens almost every day. Installation works were carried out day-and-night taking into account the difference in time with some regions. The project managers in office and at the production facilities were working with double efforts – all these helped to implement the project in a successful manner and in due time. There’s nothing we can’t do…

For the third time the Xstream company performs re-branding for the Fiat dealership network. Another rebranding project started in October 2013.

Despite the fact that the rebranding process is underway, the results of Xstream company work can already be noticed in dealerships in Moscow, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk, Veliky Novgorod.

For several consecutive years, during one of the summer months, the company's staff goes out of town to arrange tournament on corporate football and enjoy outdoor recreation.

This year July was chosen for this purpose. Four teams, stands with fans, team "chants", the judge and .... the final whistle! After the tense competition the 'light green' team gained the victory and was awarded with medals and sports prizes - Sportmaster store gift certificates.

Active sports competition, intellectual and creative team building games, barbecue dinner – going-out was a success!

Starting from November 1, 2013 the TRANSCREDITBANK divisions will work under the name of VTB 24. Under this project, the Xstream company shall completely re-design 240 divisions throughout Russia.

The project includes various constructions of exterior decoration: friezes with bedding, dimensional elements made of stainless steel and photodiode backlight, corporate nameplates etc.

Two major tasks are to be done by the company: provide high standards of quality and implement the whole work cycle exactly up to November 01, 2013, simultaneous start of installation works in all regions is planned on October 20.
